Gli interni completamente rivisitati presentano un display touch centrale da 17", impianto di condizionamento invisibile con climatizzatore tri-zona, sedili ventilati e filtro dell'aria HEPA di serie. Con un bagagliaio posteriore ed uno anteriore e sedili ribaltabili a scomparsa, Model S è un'auto di lusso in cui è possibile caricare anche una bicicletta (senza smontare le ruote) oltre ai bagagli. Con la maggiore autonomia e la più veloce accelerazione di qualsiasi altra auto elettrica in produzione, la versione Plaid di Model S è la berlina familiare a più alte prestazioni mai prodotta.
